## 1. About Us

SportHoliday d.o.o. is a licensed tour organiser and travel agent operating under Slovenian law (ZSRT-1) and EU Directive 2015/2302 on Package Travel.
Insolvency Protection (required by EU law):
Your payments are protected by a financial guarantee issued by GENERALI zavarovalnica d.d., Kržičeva ulica 3, 1000 Ljubljana (Garantno pismo No. 1/10020946706). In the event of SportHoliday's insolvency, your prepayments will be refunded and, if your trip has already started, repatriation will be arranged.
## 2. Booking and Contract
2.1. A booking is confirmed once you submit a booking request and SportHoliday confirms it in writing (email or messenger).
2.2. By completing a booking, you accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all persons included in the booking. You warrant that you have authority to do so.
2.3. All communications, confirmations, and documents will be sent to the email address provided at booking.
## 3. What Is Included
Each tour's specific inclusions and exclusions are listed on the tour page and confirmed in your booking confirmation. Generally:
Included: group transfers (as per programme), accommodation with breakfast, daily training sessions, ski pass or equivalent, tour guide/coach support, tour merchandise.
Not included: flights, airport transfers (unless stated), travel insurance, lunches and dinners (unless stated), equipment rental, and personal expenses.
## 4. Price and Payment
4.1. All prices are in euros (EUR).
4.2. Payment schedule:
- 30% deposit — due at the time of booking confirmation
- Remaining 70% — due no later than 60 days before the tour start date
- If the booking is made less than 60 days before departure, full payment is due immediately
4.3. Payment can be made by bank transfer or via Revolut (details provided at booking). Payment is considered received on the date funds reach our account.
4.4. Prices may be revised in exceptional circumstances (e.g., significant fuel cost increases, currency fluctuations exceeding 8%, or changes imposed by third-party suppliers). You will be notified immediately. If the price increase exceeds 8% of the total tour price, you may cancel without penalty.
## 5. Cancellation by the Customer
Written notice is required for all cancellations (email to hello@sportholiday.com).

Name changes: A participant may be replaced by another person up to 30 days before departure, subject to a €10 administrative fee per person plus any third-party costs.
We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance to cover events such as illness, accident, or visa refusal.
## 6. Cancellation or Changes by SportHoliday
6.1. If a tour does not reach the minimum number of participants, SportHoliday may cancel it no later than 30 days before departure. You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour date.
6.2. If significant changes to the tour are unavoidable (e.g., hotel change, date change), you will be notified immediately and may either accept the change or cancel with a full refund.
6.3. In case of force majeure (see Section 9), cancellation fees may not apply, but refunds will be net of costs already incurred.
## 7. Traveller Obligations
You must:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information (passport, health restrictions, etc.)
- Arrive at the meeting point on time on the first day of the programme
- Hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond the trip end date)
- Hold personal travel and sports insurance covering the full duration of the trip, including the primary sport activity of the programme
- Comply with the laws and customs of the destination country
- Follow safety instructions from the guide/coach throughout the trip
SportHoliday is not responsible for consequences arising from a traveller's failure to meet these obligations.
## 8. Liability
8.1. SportHoliday is liable for the proper performance of the travel services included in the package, in accordance with EU Directive 2015/2302.
8.2. SportHoliday is not liable for:
- Failure to perform services due to circumstances attributable to the traveller
- Failure due to unforeseeable or unavoidable third-party actions
- Failure due to force majeure (see Section 9)
8.3. Liability for personal injury is not limited. Other liability may be limited to 3× the total tour price in accordance with applicable international conventions.
8.4. Excursions or activities purchased independently at the destination are not part of the package and are the sole responsibility of the traveller.
## 9. Force Majeure
SportHoliday is not liable for non-performance caused by extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government travel restrictions, or acts of terrorism. Each party may terminate the contract in such cases; refunds will reflect costs already incurred.
## 10. Complaints
If you encounter a problem during your trip, notify your guide/SportHoliday representative immediately so we can attempt to resolve it on the spot.
If the issue is not resolved during the trip, submit a written complaint within 28 days of returning home to: hello@sportholiday.com
We will respond within 28 days of receipt.
## 11. Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at sport-holiday.com/privacy-policy. By booking, you agree to the processing of your data to the extent necessary to fulfil your travel contract.
## 12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
